Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and shipping location. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you designate.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Consent to Receive Text Messages
Customers opt in verbally by phone or in person when requesting an equipment quote, placing an order, or requesting assistance with an existing order, customer service matter, shipping, or delivery.
Before SMS messages are sent, the customer must affirmatively agree to receive text messages from CE Restaurant Concepts at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Customers who do not provide consent will not receive SMS messages from this messaging program.

Customers who opt in may receive text messages regarding requested equipment quotes, active orders, customer service, shipping, and delivery scheduling.
