he Marsal SD-1060 STACKED pizza deck oven has spring-balanced doors that facilitate product access. Each baking chamber measures 60 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 10 inches tall and accommodates six pizzas as large as 18 inches in diameter. Using an adjustable thermostat, operators can set the temperature within the range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is insulated with fiberglass to prevent heat from escaping the chambers.
