The Marsal MB-60STACKED double pizza deck oven is situated on adjustable legs that prevent wobbling on sloped or uneven floors. Each deck accommodates six 18-inch pizzas, and the baking chambers measure 36 inches by 60 inches with 2-inch-thick cooking surfaces. Enabling monitoring of product as it cooks, the chambers are lit with halogen lights. Thermostatic controls on each deck enable temperature adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
