The Hobart 4822-36 meat chopper is a bench-type unit measuring 12¹³⁄₁₆ inches wide by 29⁷⁄₈ inches deep by 23¹⁄₄ inches high. Fitted with a No. 22 hub, it includes a Stay-Sharp knife and steel alloy plates that are more durable than most traditional plates. It also features a funnel-shaped cylinder and processes 16 pounds of meat per minute. A plastic feed stomper is included to maximize yield. Durable to support high-volume use, the Hobart 4822-36 meat chopper's housing and legs are constructed of rugged stainless steel.
