The Berkel 829E-PLUS manual slicer is a medium-duty slicer suitable for four to six hours of operation per day. This slicer is appropriate for slicing meat, cheese, vegetables, and frozen foods. If the 14-inch, hollow-ground carbon steel knife begins to dull, a built-in, two-stone sharpener can be used to resume clean and effortless slicing. The removable meat pusher holds products securely in place and prevents slipping for uniform cuts every time. The manual design features a user-friendly push handle and an angled product table for ease of slicing.
