Equipped with dual heating zones, the Alto-Shaam ED2-72-BLK full-service heated display case can hold various foods at two different temperatures. It uses Halo Heat® technology to warm foods without needing water, eliminating condensation that could block visibility through the curved viewing window. This technology surrounds food with heat to preserve it for long lengths without cooking foods, so they don't burn. Additionally, the glass doors reflect heat into products so they remain warm.

The Alto-Shaam ED2-72-BLK countertop heated display case saves energy costs because customers can see inside without the door being constantly opened. For maximum visibility, the display is brightened with 10 lights, and when customers make their choice, the glass door slides open from the back for retrieval. To keep crumbs out of the door track, there is a cutout that can be conveniently swept out, and because this unit is made of durable stainless steel, it can be wiped clean.
