The cooking modes in this Alto-Shaam CTX4-10E/S Combitherm full-size combi oven increase flexibility and speed up cooking, as the operator can choose between convection heat, steam, and a combination. In the convection mode, the fan runs to move heat throughout the cabinet, which is great for cooking, roasting, and baking. While the steam mode provides another way to cook food, with the combination setting, users can use convection and steam to their advantage.
This Alto-Shaam CTX4-10E/S electric countertop combi oven has a one-speed fan and can cook food based on a timed setting or with an internal temperature reading of the food. It holds product in pans on two stainless steel shelves, accommodating five full-size hotel pans or 10 half-size sheet pans. After cooking, users can clean the cavity with the automated settings, and there are four cycles to choose from depending on the wash strength needed.
