The Alto-Shaam 750-CTUS-QS half-height mobile holding cabinet has French doors with latch handles, so the cabinet won't accidentally open as it is transported from place to place during catering operations. Because the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, they resist corrosion from exposure to food and cleaning chemicals and withstand frequent use and transport. Six full-sized food pans will fit inside the cabinet.

Vents in the Alto-Shaam 750-CTUS-QS holding cabinet doors promote airflow through the unit, so foods stay warm while they retain their crispy texture.
