To accommodate various foods, the temperature level is adjustable between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the digital controls provide accuracy for consistent results. Its Halo Heat system gently warms food without altering the appearance or taste. To keep cleanup straightforward, all foods are held in removable full-size pans, and the unit's exterior is made of stainless steel.
