The Alto-Shaam 1000-TH-I Halo Heat low-temperature oven can be used to reheat, cook, or slow roast foods. Its cook cycle runs on a timer, and when time runs out, the unit transitions to hold mode automatically, keeping food warm and ready to serve. For consistent product temperatures, heat is distributed throughout the cabinet compartments by Halo Heat technology that is specially designed to prevent shrinkage.
With two compartments, this Alto-Shaam 1000-TH-I cook-and-hold oven can hold eight full-size sheet pans total per oven. These compartments are controlled individually and separated by a layer of insulation to prevent heat transfer. Cooking and holding temperatures are programmable from the front using dials, while the timer is adjustable with arrow keys. Indicator lights signal when the unit heats up, cooks, or warms food. For cleaning, the cart is made of smooth stainless steel, and includes a drip pan and drip tray.
