This warmer can be built into a cabinet, the counter, or stacked with other warmers to save more room. For more capacity, the warmer accepts extra-large pans. The three separate drawers are controlled by one power switch, and each drawer can hold up to 36 pounds of food. The temperature range on the Alto-Shaam 3-drawer narrow warmer is from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
